Level 1 (18mos-young 2’s)

Our Level 1 program focuses on exploration, language development, and emerging social skills. Activities include music, art, story time, and plenty of individual play.

Level 2 (young 2’s-young 3’s)

Level 2 children are continuing in their development of language and social skills. They are also learning basic concepts, such as colors, shapes and counting. Developing fine and gross motor skills are encouraged with lots of play and movement. Children in Level 2 also begin their potty training.

Level 3 (young 3’s-young 4’s)

In Level 3, children are introduced to more differentiated learning centers where they may independently explore activities such as blocks and construction, dramatic play, sensory play, manipulative toys, art and books. A morning circle time uses read-alouds and other grup activities to reinforce the weekly theme.

Level 4 (VPK)

We participate in Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program, offering free, high-quality early education to eligible four-year-olds. In this level, the teachers use large group, small group and individual activities to meet the state standards for 4-year-olds in preparation for Kindergarten. In addition to learning centers, Level 4 children also plant and harvest vegetable gardens and engage in hands-on science and math activities. As always, there is a strong emphasis on social/emotional skill development and spiritual growth.
